GARY – Methodist Hospitals is celebrating the holidays with Angel Tree donations, patient visits from the Railcats and Methodist Max mascots and special holiday meals for employees.

In addition, there will be choir performances, employee Christmas book give-aways by the Gary Literacy Coalition and staff confessions by the Spiritual Care Department.

The Angel Tree donations are a joint effort with the Salvation Army to collect and donate gifts to families with children who would be unable to receive presents on Christmas morning otherwise.

Methodist Hospitals has full-service, acute-care facilities in Gary and Merrillville.
