The South Shore Orchestra (SSO), under the direction of Maestro Troy Webdell, is the orchestra-in-residence at Valparaiso’s Historic Memorial Opera House. The SSO will perform four main stage concerts throughout the year. Three of the concerts will feature music from classical, romantic, operatic, and contemporary eras. The fourth concert will be a Holiday Pops event.

Along with the four main stage concerts, there will also be a Lunch Time Chamber Series, featuring South Shore Orchestra musicians in combinations of trios, quartets and quintets to bring you an intimate setting of chamber music. A variety of musical styles from classical to tangos will entertain and educate audiences, offering something for every musical taste.
