LAPORTE – Indiana University Health LaPorte Hospital is offering a Spanish/Polish/English Medical Interpreters course to the public.

The 10-week course includes Saturday classes from Aug. 25 to Oct. 27. Classes are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 16 hours of practicum and clinical time included. Classes will be held at the hospital, 1007 Lincolnway, Room B113.

It is designed for people who are bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Polish. The cost is $800 and includes all training material. To register or for more information, call (219) 326-1234, Ext. 4629.
