Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund BEP is a partnership between IHCDA and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. BEP allows IHCDA to provide funding to local units of government to eliminate blighted properties to make space for a variety of end uses on the newly cleared parcels, such as green space or redevelopment activities. BEP aims to help prevent avoidable foreclosures by eliminating blighted and abandoned homes in communities across Indiana.
