LAPORTE – LaPorte Bancorp, the parent company for LaPorte Savings Bank, has declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents a share. It will be paid on June 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 23.
The dividend represents a yield of 1.9 percent based on the share price of $8.60 at the close of business on May 8.
