LAPORTE – LaPorte Bancorp Inc. has announced a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents a share. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 27.
The payment represents a dividend yield of 1.6 percent based on the per share price of $9.74 at the close of business on Aug. 14.
LaPorte Savings Bank was founded in 1871 and has eight full-service locations in LaPorte and Porter counties.
