MICHIGAN CITY – Dr. Scott Gogulski has joined La Porte Physician Network Primary Care at the LifeWorks Building, 3777 N. Frontage Road, Michigan City as a family practice physician.

Gogulski earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at Union Hospital in Union, N.J., and is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. His areas of specialty include working with patients with diabetes and high blood pressure.
