SOUTH BEND — La Casa de Amistad held a press conference to announce a new Immigration Services Program. La Casa staff was joined by Mayor Pete Buttigieg and other community leaders to make this special announcement and kick off its newest services for the community.
La Casa de Amistad has received authorization from the Department of Justice to offer legal immigration services to low income immigrants, and announces the grand opening of its Immigration Services Program. La Casa now offers affordable, comprehensive immigration legal services in the Michiana area. Ellen Frey Ogle, who is accredited by the US Department of Justice, Board of Immigration Appeals, has joined the La Casa de Amistad staff to provide these services.
