            SOUTH BEND – The CPA firm of Kruggel, Lawton, & Company, LLC, has announced the promotion of Leslie Hoeppner, Andy Kominowski, and Patrick Lee as managers in the firm.

            “The skills and abilities of these three individuals have made a great impact on our firm and the clients we serve. They are an integral part of our team and we are proud to recognize their efforts,” said Douglas Osthimer, chief executive partner.

            Leslie Hoeppner has been promoted to manager in the firm’s South Bend office. Hoeppner is experienced in assurance services with a concentration in employee benefit plan audits for a variety of industries, including service, retail, and wholesale distributors. She has nine years of public accounting experience and has been with Kruggel Lawton CPAs since 2007. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Purdue.

            Andy Kominowski has been promoted to manager in the firm’s Elkhart office. Kominowski has experience assisting clients with business valuation matters for the purposes of financial and tax reporting, merger/acquisition planning, reorganizations/restructurings, financing and litigation. He has seven years of public accounting experience and has been with Kruggel Lawton CPAs since 2010. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University Kelly School of Business.

            Patrick Lee has been promoted to manager in the firm’s Elkhart office. As a member of Kruggel Lawton’s tax group, Lee is experienced in tax services for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts, including income and property tax returns, tax planning, and research. He has five years of public accounting experience and has been with Kruggel Lawton CPAs since 2011. Originally from Warsaw, Ind., Lee received his bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, and statistics from Grace College in Winona Lake.
