VALPARAISO – Family Express has named Ruth Keefover as its Social Media Community Manager. She will be responsible for managing the daily functions of social media, which include Family Express’ social space, blogging, community development, as well as being connected with the broader social media world.

Keefover is a life-long resident of Northwest Indiana.
