MUNSTER — Jill Jones, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and partner at Munster-based McMahon & Associates recently earned the distinction of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
According to Parnell Black, CEO of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA®), “This designation is an indication to the business, professional, and legal communities that Jill Jones has met NACVA’s rigorous standards of professionalism, expertise, objectivity and integrity in the field of business valuation, litigation support and related consulting disciplines.”
To become accredited by NACVA, Jones was required to successfully complete an intensive training and testing process, maintain a number of hours of professional education each year and conduct herself with ethical mandates established by the profession. She is one of very few in Northwest Indiana to be awarded this designation, allowing McMahon & Associates to now provide quality evaluations to third parties throughout the area.
