Dr. Youngberg, DrPH, MPH, CNS, FACLM, will present “Turning your good genes on and your bad genes off: Mastering your genetic risk with lifestyle and nutritional medicine” on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the La Porte Civic Auditorium, 1001 Ridge St. Let the transformation begin at (Central times):

  • 5:30 pm – diabetes screening and book signing opportunity
  • 6:30 pm – lecture and special drawings for free wellness services

Dr. Youngberg will present the latest scientific information on re-engineering one’s genetic health risk. Dr. Youngberg presents a spirited challenge with practical solutions on how to have a major impact on health through everyday choices.

He is founding director and fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. His new book “Goodbye Diabetes” is dedicated to all who are willing to do what it takes to reverse disease.
