Holcomb appoints three new members to Northwest Indiana RDA board

Eric Holcomb is the 51st governor of the state of Indiana.

The office of Gov. Eric Holcomb announced three new appointments to the Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority board of directors.

New members' terms end March 31, 2026:

  • Don Babcock, Long Beach, director of economic development and community relations at Purdue University Northwest
  • John Dull, Crown Point, retired Lake County attorney
  • Timothy Scannell, Michiana Shores, managing director and partner at Hightower Great Lakes

Holcomb also announced four appointments to the Governor’s Workforce Cabinet. Terms ending Dec. 31, 2023:

  • Christopher LaMothe, Westfield, former CEO of Elevate Ventures
  • Rebecca McCuaig, Noblesville, chief legal counsel for Accelerate Indiana Municipalities
  • Steve Rogers, Carmel, director of the Walker Career Center
  • Steve Thalheimer, Goshen, superintendent of Elkhart Community Schools
