SOUTH BEND — Healy Group will begin moving to the financial services company’s new headquarters at 17535 Generations Drive in South Bend today. Rich Preuss, Healy Group co-owner and head of the construction committee announced today that the 12,300-square-foot office building is on schedule for the planned move.
The new facility is on a 5-1/2-acre lot in the Foundation Center Office Park near the corner of State Road 23 and Douglas Road in South Bend. The facility will provide 51 offices and workstations for the firm’s growing staff. It features a large conference room with state-of-the-art technology and a seating capacity of 44. Other amenities include a fireplace, patio, full kitchen and a vaulted clerestory (raised) skylight over the large open lobby. Several public and private open houses are planned in the coming months.
