INDIANAPOLIS — Colin Hadden has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of GTECH Indiana. Hadden is responsible for day-to-day operations for GTECH Indiana in the delivery of integrated services to the Hoosier Lottery. He succeeds Connie Laverty O’Connor who served as GTECH Indiana’s interim Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed to Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for GTECH Americas. She will continue to support Indiana and other GTECH customers with their sales, marketing, and retail business strategies.
