HIGHLAND – The Indiana State Health Department’s Division of Acute Care and the Division of Aging for Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration recently granted approval for Great Lakes Personal Care Services LLC to being providing in-home care throughout the state.
The company is managed by Linda Coleman Cleveland and Candice Kelly Casey, both of Gary.
“My parents inspired me to create this business. Mom is a retired welder from 30 years of working in the auto industry and dad is a World War II veteran,” said Cleveland. “I feel compassion toward senior citizens who’ve worked so hard and served our country. I want to provide resources to help others live as independently as possible.”
