LAPORTE – Gov. Mitch Daniels will speak at a groundbreaking at the Thomas Rose Industrial Park at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26.

The groundbreaking marks the beginning of a 137-acre expansion of the industrial park that is anchored by MonoSol and features dual rail service for the park.
