GARY – The Gary Jet Center is among 30 finalists for the U.S. Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award.
The award is given to an employer who supports and Guard and Reserve program. Finalists not only meet the legal requirements set by Congress, but go further and help employees and their families.
Gary Jet Center has nine employees and two of them are military veterans or currently serving in the military. Fifteen winners will be announced later this summer.
