LAPORTE – LaPorte Hospital Foundation head Maria Fruth has been recognized for her lengthy community service. She received the Liberty Bell Award from the American Bar Association.
“We are so very proud of the way Maria has led the Foundation over the past 16-plus years,” said board president Liz Kaminski.
Fruth provides overall coordination for all aspects of the foundation’s role within Indiana University Health LaPorte Hospital and Volunteer Services. She is a member of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy and Association of Fundraising Professionals.
