SOUTH BEND — Downtown South Bend, Inc. (DTSB) announces the 2014 Red Table Plaza Lunchtime Concert Series. Monday, June 2 kicks off a summer of free live music every day of the week. As the regional destination for arts, dining, and entertainment, downtown South Bend is the location for over 100 free summer concerts hosted by DTSB, The Morris Performing Arts Center, The Parks and Rec Department, and members of the South Bend community. These concerts are free and open to the public. Downtown businesses will also continue to host live music on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. The summer live music schedule is as follows:

Mondays-Thursdays | 11:45 am – 1:15 pm | Red Table Plaza Lunchtime Concerts | Studebaker Plaza

Thursdays | 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm | Seitz and Sounds Open Stage | Seitz Park

Fridays | 11:45 am – 1:15 pm | Fridays by the Fountain | Jon Hunt Plaza

Fridays-Sundays | Times Vary | Fiddler’s Hearth, LaSalle Kitchen and Tavern, Main Street Coffee House, Chicory Café, Ciao’s Lounge, Suite 11 at The Emporium, Linden Grill, McCormick’s, and Club Fever

Sundays | 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm| East Race Concert Series | Seitz Park

The Red Table Plaza Series, hosted by DTSB, is held Monday through Thursday 11:45 am to 1:15 pm, weather permitting, at Studebaker Plaza on the southeast corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Michigan Street. On Fridays the series will be hosted by the Morris as Fridays by the Fountain located at Jon Hunt Plaza at 11:45 am to 1:15 pm. It is a perfect time to catch a quick break and enjoy your lunch outside listening to great local music.
