LA PORTE – The IU Health La Porte Hospital mobile health clinic will offer a free hearing screening from 10 a.m. – noon, August 21 in La Porte.

The screening is for individuals ages five and older who would like to identify if they have hearing loss. It involves listening to a series of tones and sounds through comfortable headphones, and responding to the sounds when prompted. Screening takes about five minutes, and information will be available to those who need additional diagnostic follow-up for a potential hearing problem.
