Holladay Properties is pleased to announce a new 16,280 SF lease with the Franciscan Alliance at the Medical Pavilion South medical office building located on the campus of Franciscan Saint Margaret Hospital in Dyer, Ind. The Franciscan Alliance will be opening its newest Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Senior Health and Wellness facility at Medical Pavilion South, utilizing the entire third floor.
The Franciscan Alliance currently operates a similar Senior Health and Wellness Center in Indianapolis, providing a complete health care solution for seniors who want to remain at home. The program enables seniors to live as independently as possible by providing truly all-inclusive services such as primary care, diagnostics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietician, social worker, CNA, home health support, recreational services as well as access to specialists in cardiology, ophthalmology, dermatology, orthopaedics and geriatrics. The new PACE program facility will serve the growing senior population in Dyer and surrounding communities.
