ARLINGTON, Va. – Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense operational committee, has announced that 72 Indiana Guard and Reserve members nominated their employers for the 2013 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award.

Among the nominees from Northwest Indiana are ArcelorMittal in Burns Harbor, the University of Notre Dame College of Science in South Bend, the Westville Correctional Facility in Westville, and Bulldog Brewing Co. in Whiting.
