FLM Adds to Board of Advisors

COLUMBUS, OH – FLM adds to board of advisors. FLM+, a hybrid strategic consulting, marketing and communications company, announced the addition of Dr. Michelle Haven, Gregg Halverson and Randy Marten to their Board of Advisors.

With the formation of Zoetis – formerly Pfizer Animal Health – in 2013, Dr. Michelle Haven was named senior VP of corporate development, strategic alliances and solutions with responsibility for global strategic planning, business development and external alliances.

Gregg Halverson is the president and chairman of the board of Black Gold, a company he founded and built. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a small North Dakota farm to a multi-state potato production company and now the world’s largest producer of fresh-crop chipping potatoes.

Randy Marten is a highly respected and well-known grain industry professional with management experience in grain, transportation, baking and milling. Most recently, Marten was a partner at Miller Milling Company, and after their sale to Nisshin Seifun Group, Tokyo, retained a leadership role.

“It is an honor and delight to welcome these three outstanding ag professionals to our FLM+ Advisor group,” says Rob McClelland, president and CEO. “Their unique experiences will provide assistance to both our clients and our team members.”

This distinguished board meets regularly in person for select client working strategy round table sessions to address specific client opportunities and challenges. The Advisors also regularly play key individual roles on client relationship teams, collaboratively tackling projects or initiatives as well as acting as mentors to FLM+ team members.

More background on each of these Advisors can be found on the FLM+ website at wideopenthinking.com/about-us/advisors.
