F45 Training, an international fitness studio with more than 1,300 locations in 36 countries, will soon open at 870 N. Superior Drive in Crown Point.

The studio will be run by local franchisees who plan to open two additional area locations in the near future, according to a statement from Latitude Commercial, which represented F45 Training in the lease transaction.

F45 Training offers a 45-minute high-intensity interval training workout class. The classes provide a personal training experience in a group setting.
