INDIANAPOLIS – State Rep. Jeff Espich, R-Uniondale, has been named 2012 Legislator of the Year by the Indiana Bankers Association.
Espich was recognized for his 40 years of service in the Indiana House of Representatives, where is currently is chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee and the State Budget Committee.
In 1972, Espich was elected to the House and has since served as chairman of the House Commerce Committee and House Labor Committee. He is a self-employed small business owner and property owner/manager. He also is active with the Uniondale Volunteer Fire Department, Uniondale Methodist Church and a member of the Bluffton Chamber of Commerce.
