Envocore to open location in Hobart

Maryland-based Envocore recently signed a lease to open a facility in the Region Industrial Park in Hobart.

Envocore provides turnkey design build services for water efficiency, lighting, building envelope, solar, electrification and utility metering. The new location will enable Envocore to expand their reach, serving clients across various sectors.

Antony Miocic of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial represented the landlord in the lease agreement.

“We are proud to have facilitated this lease agreement for Region Industrial Park,” Miocic said in a press release. “Envocore is a tenant whose mission and values align well with the high standards of the park. We are confident that this partnership will yield significant benefits for both parties.”

By operating from this new facility, Envocore aims to enhance their service delivery and optimize their operations.

Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services, such as purchasing, leasing and landlord and tenant representation, tenant representation. The company provides commercial property management services throughout the states of Illinois and Indiana. Latitude Commercial was founded in 2009.

Envocore has offices in the U.S. and Canada. The company has constructed over 3,500 projects. Envocore was founded in 2017.
