SOUTH BEND – Great Lakes Capital in South Bend has plans to complete a $4 million downtown project by rehabbing the former Wells Fargo building at Jefferson Boulevard and Michigan Street.
The building has been renamed Citizen’s Bank and Trust, after the original tenant in 1913.
The 50,000-square-foot, six-story building will be completely renovated. Work is expected to be completed in the spring of 2013.
