Valparaiso-based Opportunity Enterprises’ Do Goodies gourmet popcorn is now available in Porter County Strack & Van Til locations.

About 70% of Do Goodies’ workforce has a disability, demonstrating Opportunity Enterprises’ goal of empowering individuals through meaningful employment. Each purchase of Do Goodies products supports these efforts.

“Our mission is to create inclusive and equitable opportunities for people of all abilities, and we’re able to do that by creating a quality product,” said Sarah Britton, Do Goodies operations director, in a press release. “Having a presence at Strack & Van Til means more customers will be able to support that mission while enjoying a delicious treat.”

Do Goodies Gourmet Popcorn’s eight mixes are on the shelves of their neighborhood grocery stores, including Chicago Style, Tuxedo Twist, and Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate.

“We're thrilled to offer Do Goodies Gourmet Popcorn in our Porter County stores,” said Jeff Strack, president of Strack & Van Til. “It's not only about providing our customers with a delicious, hand-crafted snack but also about supporting an inclusive workforce. The partnership with Opportunity Enterprises aligns perfectly with our values of community engagement and social responsibility.”
