MISHAWAKA – Dickten Masch Plastics has acquired Nyloncraft Inc. of Mishawaka.

Nyloncraft will become a subsidiary of Dickten Masch Plastics. The Wisconsin company also has operations in Nashotah, Wis., Ankeny, Iowa, and Monterrey, Mexico. With the addition of Nyloncraft and its operations in Mishawaka and Jonesville, Mich., the combined company will have more than 800 employee and $175 million in annual sales.
