Dax Denton, vice president-government relations of the Indiana Bankers Association (IBA), won in the category of Banking and Financial Services for the Best & Brightest awards, sponsored by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana Inc. The award was bestowed on Oct. 17 in Indianapolis. The annual Best & Brightest awards* recognize rising-star talent and the next generation of leaders in central Indiana.
*Two other IBA staff members have been honored at Best & Brightest awards events. Amber R. Van Til, JD, senior vice president-government relations, won in the category of Banking and Financial Services in 2008. Christina M. Bennett, CMP, vice president-meetings & events, was a finalist in the category of Education and Nonprofit in 2005.
