Cycling Class Offers “Round the World” Workout

MUNSTER – Picturesque scenery, a feel for the road and a great workout await participants in Community Hospital Fitness Pointe’s® new Virtual Cycling Class. If you’ve ever wanted to ride across America, cycle through the hills of Napa Valley or climb the mountains of Aspen, Colorado; now you can – without ever leaving Northwest Indiana.

From beginner to expert cyclist, every virtual class is designed to meet each individual’s training goals, no matter the experience level, while enjoying the scenic view and varying terrain of the route. Classes include power (watts) training, speed and endurance drills and fun surprises.

Classes are free to all Fitness Pointe members: Intro to Virtual Cycling (Mondays, 5:45 pm) and Virtual Cycling I (Mondays, 6:30 pm); Virtual Cycling I (Tuesdays, 5:30 am); Virtual Cycling I (Fridays, 10 am) and Virtual Cycling I (Sundays, 9 am). Not a Fitness Pointe member, but still want to participate in some of the group exercise class offerings including Virtual Cycling? The Class Pass program allows non-members to take advantage of a select group of exercise classes.
