INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Association of Cities and Towns recently named Crowe Horwath LLP a Strategic Partner. Crowe is the ninth largest public accounting and consulting firm in the U.S.
“Crowe’s expertise in both performance government and assurance services will be a huge asset to our membership. Each year city and town leaders are being asked to provide more and more services with increasingly shrinking revenues,” said IACT Executive Director and CEO Matt Greller. “Crowe’s focus on innovation and desire to help the public sector be more strategic and streamlined in their processes makes them a good fit at just the right time,” said Greller.
As a Strategic Partner, Crowe will assist IACT with continuing education workshops and provide IACT advice by identifying issues and potential solutions that will result in more efficient and effective municipal governance. Crowe joins the ranks of four other IACT Strategic Partners. Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP, EMH&T, Ice Miller LLP and Umbaugh have been serving IACT in this capacity for many years. Each has given an immeasurable amount of time and professional expertise to IACT’s municipal members.
“Crowe has a long history serving Indiana’s network of dedicated city and town leaders,” said Bob Lazard, managing partner of Crowe Government Services. “Through this new relationship with IACT we are excited to share the expertise we’ve developed in the areas of fiscal benchmarking, integration of online services or e-government and best practices in complex grant administration, just to name a few.”
