SOUTH BEND — The roof consulting firm of ConSpecT Services, Inc. announced the change of ownership transfer from Robert W. Humbarger, RRC, CDT and founder to Brian R. Ullery, RRC. Humbarger and Ullery both hold the designation of Registered Roof Consultant as recognized by RCI, Incorporated. Humbarger will continue with the company as founder and principal.
ConSpecT Services, Inc is a roof and building envelope consulting service that has been located in South Bend Ind. since it was founded by Humbarger in 1993. Ullery has been a principal in ConSpecT's management since 1996.
