CHESTERTON — Concert Golf Partners has acquired Sand Creek Country Club, the premier private country club in Northwest Indiana within 40 minutes of Chicago in the affluent, growing suburb of Chesterton, Indiana on the shores of Lake Michigan. Concert Golf bought the club from the Lake Erie Land division of NiSource, a regional utility, in a transaction handled by Jeff Woolson, Managing Director of CBRE Golf & Resort Properties. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
