MUNSTER — Community Hospital Home Health Services Nurse Johanne Janke has been named the 2014 Home Care and Hospice Nurse from the State of Indiana by the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) and the Home Healthcare Nurses Association (HHNA). Janke’s nomination at the state level recognizes her qualities of compassion, clinical expertise and outstanding patient care.

The Home Care and Hospice Nurse award honors home health caregivers for their efforts and commitment to keeping patients happy and healthy in their homes and helping to improve their quality of life.
