WILMETTE — Kathy Lerner along with Beverly and Marshall Fleischman in the Wilmette office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, have been named outstanding award winners for the month of September, according to Karen Arenson, manager of the Wilmette office.
Kathy Lerner has received the award for having the highest closed volume for the month of September. Kathy’s success comes from her genuine passion for real estate and her drive to provide the highest level of service to her clients.
The Fleischman’s have received recognition for having both the highest volume and number of new contracts for the month of September. The team has maintained their top producing sales record since 1992 and they are consistent Wilmette Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Office Award recipients.
