Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently dedicated its new Crown Point office at 104 E. 107th Ave. in the Beacon Hill Plaza.
The firm previously occupied space at 11065 Broadway for about a year. Donna Zisoff will continue serving as the branch manager, overseeing operations and providing leadership guidance to the 15 real estate agents based at the location.
“We are truly excited with our new location in the heart of Crown Point,” said Zisoff, who will also continue managing the company’s Highland office. “We’re looking forward to growing this branch and providing top-quality, personalized real estate services to clients in the area and in the surrounding communities.”
The new office features an open floorplan which fosters collaboration between affiliated agents, a conference room and a café with a snack bar.
“This move was important for us in order to create a more efficient environment that better meets the needs of our affiliated agents,” said Dan Durochik, the company’s regional vice president. “We are thrilled to be able to continue offering an exceptional real estate experience to our clients in the Crown Point area.”
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operates 50 offices across the Chicago area, Northwest Indiana and Southeast Wisconsin with more than 3,500 affiliated agents.
