The Economic Development Corporation Michigan City, Indiana (EDCMC) recently named Clarence Hulse their new executive director. Hulse, who EDCMC board members described as “a visionary leader in the community and economic profession,” comes to Michigan City from New Bern, North Carolina – where he has worked with the city to develop an economic strategic plan and improve distressed neighborhoods by implementing an EPA funded brownfield plan.
