GARY — As a part of the its “New Day, New Jobs” Initiative, the City of Gary is partnering with Majestic Star Casino and Hotel to host the “Gary First” Career Fair, Aug. 21, 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m., Genesis Convention Center, 1 Genesis Plaza in downtown Gary.

“One of our main focuses continues to be securing viable employment opportunities for Gary residents,” said Gary Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson. “Majestic Star is exemplifying great corporate citizenship by working with us to help our citizens get employed so they can support their families.”

Representatives from Majestic Star will be on hand to discuss job opportunities and conduct interviews. All interested candidates who plan to attend the career fair must apply online at www.majeststar.com.
