INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) recently recognized lenders that have helped build and support Indiana small businesses.  Centier Bank was honored as “Third-Party Lender of the Year,” for its participation in the SBA Certified Development Company loan program.
