SOUTH BEND – CB Richard Ellis/Bradley has announced the completion of several major transactions in St. Joseph County.
It represented earth designs Real Estate Development LLC in the acquisition of the 2,000-square-foot Key Bank building on McKinley Avenue in South Bend. It also was involved in the sale of .84 acre of an outlot on Hickory Street in south Bend for a retail development.
Also, CB Richard Ellis/Bradley represented Innovative Endurance in its purchase of the former Spa at Colfax in downtown South Bend. The site will be used by Greg Mueller as a facility to train athletes for Olympic level competition.
Finally, the firm was involved in the sale of a 6,700-square-foot medical and professional office building on Edison lakes Parkway in Mishawaka through an online auction. Paramount Development will subdivide the space for medical and professional offices.
