SOUTH BEND – In celebration of the new name of Beacon Health System, the organization is funding field trips to HealthWorks! Kids’ Museum for 5,200 students in first and third grads in South Bend and Elkhart schools. Funding includes transportation and admission.

HealthWorks! Kids’ Museum has served the community for several years as an interactive center that teaches children to make healthy life choices.

Beacon Health is the new name of the combined Elkhart General Hospital and Memorial Hospital of South Bend organization.
