MISHAWAKA – The Mishawaka City Council has approved plans for a 104-unit upscale apartment complex.
Known as Toscana Park, the units will rent for between $1,000 and $1,600 a month and are aimed at people who have recently moved to the community or those who have just sold a house and need a place to live.
Developer Ryan Rans owns Great Lakes Capital Development and added that part of the project include development of empty storefronts nearby.
