MERRILLVILLE — Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO), in partnership with South Shore Clean Cities, is expanding opportunities for alternative fuel, through the launch of a public charging station incentive program. The NIPSCO IN-Charge Around Town Electric Vehicle Program aims to make it easier and more affordable for businesses and organizations to install public charging infrastructure.
IN-Charge Around Town offers incentives to help with the up-front costs of public charging stations, in addition to installation costs and software subscriptions.
