MUNSTER – American Savings, FSB has announced that Alexandra Ylo has earned a spot as one of eight national finalists in the “Lights, Camera, Save!” video contest.
“Lights, Camera, Save!” is a video contest sponsored by the American Bankers Association Education Foundation that engages youth in educating themselves and their peers about the value of saving and using money wisely. The video contest encourages youth to use the power of video to convey their message and inspire others to become smart money managers.
“ ‘Lights, Camera, Save!’ is a fun way to communicate a good message,” said Michael Mellon, president. The bank awarded Ylo a $500 prize for her winning video titled “Saving: It’s Worth Every Penny.”
