SOUTH BEND – Another Broken Egg Café, a Florida-based restaurant company, has signed an agreement with Indianapolis-based Copia LLC to open 16 restaurants in the Midwest, including one in South Bend.

The company also operates five Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants.

Another Broken Egg Café is a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant that offers eight kinds of eggs Benedict and Bloody Marys.
