SOUTH BEND – The fourth annual River Bend Film Festival will be April 11-14 at three locations in South Bend. The event is sponsored by Mid America Filmmakers and Downtown South Bend through a grant from Indiana Arts.
The kick-off screening is from 7 to 11 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, at Merriman’s Playhouse, 1211 Mishawaka Ave. It is a short film and presentation from director Devi Snively, an alumnus of the American Film Institute’s Directing Workshop for Women.
Other locations for screenings are Weikamp Hall at Indiana University South Bend and the Century Center.
