HAMMOND – Purdue University Calumet is resurrecting some of Broadway’s melodious favorites – “South Pacific,” “Evita,” “Sound of Music,” and “West Side Story” – during its Big Bowl of Broadway performances Friday through Sunday, April 27 to 29.
Performances are at 7 p.m. on Friday, and 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday in the YJean Chambers Hall on the third floor of the Student Union & Library.
Student performances are Jazmin Barnett-Birdsong of Hammond; Ryan Beach, St. John; Brandon Berk, Schererville; Qymana Botts, Gary; Arianne Campbell, Michigan City; Emily Gulbrandsen, Hobart; Kelly Denise Horton, Hammond; Tom Knoerzer, Portage; Ashley Post, Schererville; and Ella Swinney, Cedar Lake.
