This coming fall, Project Lead the Way will start in 19 schools throughout St. Joseph County and exposing more than 7,500 K-8 students to the national project-based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) program. The South Bend Community School Corporation School Board approved grant funding for the program to begin at the primary- and intermediate-levels.
